Well so here’s the final piece I did for my creature design class last semester. FUNNY STORY THOUGH I forgot to save the file to my own computer (I painted this on my school’s comp lab computers), so I lost it. Fortunately I had already printed out a copy.
So this is a scan! Not bad eh?
As for this guy, he’s a colossal monster who hides in clouds, born of the fears of astraphobes. (Astraphobia= fear of thunder and lightning.) He can shoot lightning from his long claws and his voice rumbles like thunder.

Uhhhmm well okay this is a semi-unfinished piece from my creature class this past semester. If I can I’d like to go back into this one. Or perhaps I’ll just leave it and never look at it again. PROBABLY THE SECOND ONE
It was an Halloween assignment, where we had to choose one of HP Lovecraft’s creatures from his stories and depict it. I chose the nightgaunts. (I tried to find a descriptive quote from the story just now online but failed. OH WELL)

Some developmental sketches for a piece I’m doing this week
It’s a redesign of an old movie monster called RO-MAN, if anyone knows the movie he’s from you get 100,000 points
OOH OOH also I’m excited because he’s a cyborg so he’s, like, got just a torso and then robot legs, which means his torso gets cut off before his pelvic bone, so his spinal cord just kinda hangs out of his back. CREEPY, RIGHT???
